SJSU College of Computer Science Delegation 2009

Led by Professor John Pearce, the College of Computer Science at San Jose State University hosted an international and domestic delegation of approximately 70 students and faculty for a summer study program focused on computer science courses and excursions to companies related to this field. The students came from Sweden, Arizona State University, CSU Long Beach and San Jose State.

The group visited Nvidia, Juniper Networks, Google, IBM, and Accenture.  They also took trips to the Computer History Museum, Santa Cruz Boardwalk, San Francisco, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and Point Reyes National Seashore.

GEP provided assistance to Professor John Pearce for the entire duration of the summer program.  GEP made arrangements for company visits, outlined and coordinated cultural excursions and supported all the logistics of the trip.  We were proud to work with the College of Computer Science at SJSU and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
